Horse Description
This mare is a daughter of World Champion Genuine
Gem who has 697 Lifetime Open Performance Points.
This mares dam is the daughter of Caddo Captain who
has several Superiors in APHA events. Jade's brother
Genuine Zion was 8th in the World in Reining and was
show cased on the cover of the Paint Horse Journal
Sept. 2003 Jade has a big hipped phenomenal paint colt
on her side (who's 9 wks in the picture) and she is
sonogramed safe in foal again. We rode this mare six
times with a halter and lead rope as a two year old and
did not finish her out because we had too many to ride.
We also had several at the trainer so we did not send
her. She never bucked and was easy to train. She
saddled like she had been saddled her whole life. A year
after she had only been ridden six times my son rode
her around the round pen with a halter and lead rope
bareback and she turned both ways, stopped and
backed for him! Jade is all we have left that is sired by a
World Champion. Her foal on the ground and the one
she is carrying have/will have World Champions on the
top and bottom pedigree on their papers. Her colt is
already registered (APHA 858,212 - Regular Registry)
and will be shown in Halter starting in June until they are
sold. He is eligible for the HCHA Futurity. This colt "Just
Too Genuine" (and the one she is carrying)sire is sold
and has been shipped to Caracas, Venezuela by a Team
Penning family (you can see pictures of him on my
website the link is listed below). This mare is registered
as a Breeding Stock but she has a spot on her belly that
should qualify her as Regular Registry, she is also
registered as a sorrel but she is very roanie and may
qualify for a color change. Her colt also has white hairs
through out and he is turning into a seal chestnut. He is
pictured looking like a sorrel but is shedding off fairly
dark. You have to see this pair to appreciate how

All skills listed are "potential" since she is a broodmare.
The first picture shown is of Jade and colt, 2nd Jade as a
2 yr. old, 3rd is Jade's Sire the World Champion and 4th
is the foals sire and who the 2007 foal will be out of.
